Family Trip Ocean Shores '08

This is the second time our family has been blessed by getting the chance to stay in a condo right by the ocean for practically nothing because of the people who own it letting us stay during their time share weekend. The weather was as great as it could have been on a weekend in November, no rain or much wind, but cold enough.
Our mini golf game by the ocean. Isaiah's first time playing and he was amazing or very lucky :) He just about beat us with a couple hole in ones. You can see Dad and I in the shadows.

We all had so much fun playing on the beach

And then they all want me to carry them home for a warm bath awwww

Some karate football kick Alan has been working on :)

Mom the picture taker (she thought if she was the one taking all the pictures, she wouldn't have to be in any of them) ha ha got her

Do they look cold?

Our great seashell castle

Looks like a great (and very cold) time. It reminds me of that constantly cold trip we took to the Oregon Coast a couple of years ago. I'm glad you guys got to go again!

Looks like a wonderful time! I can smell the ocean breeze just by looking at your pictures. How fun!

Um, Alan's "karate soccer kick" looks downright unnatural - his body is contorted, with his head facing one way and his foot in the other! Ha ha ha... but I suppose if it went where it was supposed to go, that's all that matters! :)

It looks like you all had such a great time! I'm glad the weather was nice for you. :) We can't wait to see you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Krysten, I read your comment on Cheryl's blog about poor Isaiah wearing his sister's shoes. First of all, how did he fit in them? Is he petite, or does Emery have big stompers? Second (and more importantly) what did Alan have to say about the purple boots? Let's just say after one person mistaking Isaac for a girl (even though he was clearly wearing a very boy outfit), Kevin has been very adamant about making sure everyone understands that Isaac is a BOY. This means no pastels - unless it's BLUE - and no nursery rhyme cutesie animals allowed on the clothing. I think it hit him hard. Ha ha ha... I just laugh.

Looks like so much fun! I miss the our trips to the ocean. They were always a bit chilly though weren't they?
