As you can tell by their faces, the kids love riding on all of Grandpa's 'rides'. I love seeing him with them.
A few pictures of the 'Big Hike' up Jupiter mountain and to it's lakes, that 8 ppl went on (myself not included but Alan, my Dad and sisters were among those who hiked the 5000 feet up and 8 miles and stayed 3 days). Jupiter is the mountain west of our town and home. I hope that makes sense. We had Vacation Bible School at our church this past week and I am still recovering so I do not want to think that though anymore to try and make it make sense :) Why do I do this to myself while I have small kids? I always say yes!!! It went well though so I shouldn't complain- it is just me being tired

These bike pictures bring back some funny and embarrassing memories of myself trying to ride bike at your house. I was definitely the entertainment for your family. Oh well. It was my first time...what do you expect? Anyway...

those are gorgeous pics!! i know what you mean about being so fried you can't even think anymore... i first called it pregnancy brain, then nursing brain and have now resigned myself to the fact that it's just "mommy brain." good times. hope you guys are doing well!
You are brave letting the little ones on the bike! I think I would be too much of a worry wort. :) But it looks like they are having so much fun with Grandpa! :)
What a beautiful hike! I miss backpacking like that. So many good memories with the family.
