Not to worry, we got a dog This is Pete. He is our new 10week old puppy and man did I debate about getting a dog. What am I thinking? At the moment, he sleeps worse than both my kids do! And cries more when left alone, and has to go potty in the middle of the night Every night! He is adjusting well though and I hope it gets easier after we build a dog run for him. The kids love him of course and I was finally able to give in because of the great situation from which he came. So, here is Pete

you are definitely braver than i am!! he's very cute though and i bet the kids love him!
Krysten I think you are very brave. I do not miss Curly's puppy days at all! I'm glad that we didn't have any kids at that time...he was enough. I am so happy all those "potty trips" at 5:00 am are done as well as the messes to clean up...although there are still some stains that will never let me forget. However, there is a sense of accomplishment you feel when they are well trained/ behaved beause you know you did it all yourself!
I bet the kids are super excited!
